These terms apply to services provided by Belfiore IT, including IT MOT assessments, cybersecurity support and ad-hoc IT support.
1. Services
Services are provided as described at the time of booking. An IT MOT is an assessment intended to identify relevant IT and security risks; it is not a guarantee that a system is completely secure or free from vulnerabilities.
2. Bookings and payment
Prices and payment requirements will be shown before a booking is confirmed. The current advertised IT MOT price is £99. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
3. Access and information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and appropriate access needed to perform an agreed assessment or support task. You should maintain your own backups of important information unless backup services are specifically included in the agreed scope.
4. Recommendations and remediation
Recommendations in an IT MOT report are based on the information and access available during the assessment. Any remediation work is separate unless expressly included in the agreed service.
5. Acceptable use
Services must not be used to facilitate unlawful access, surveillance, fraud, malware deployment or other unlawful activity. You must have authority to request work on systems and data supplied to Belfiore IT.
6. Limitations
We will use reasonable care and skill when delivering services. To the extent permitted by law, Belfiore IT is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by inaccurate information, third-party services, pre-existing failures or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms for booked services will be confirmed at the time of booking. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, they will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. Data protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to a booking will be those communicated at the time the service is agreed.
